Dear Reader,
In July 1998, GELITA uptodate, a customer
information newsletter, was launched by the
gelatine world market leader as an active communication
forum for its customers, suppliers
and other interested parties. Since then,
GELITA has been using the forum to provide
regular updates – e.g. on our R&D, customer
support activities, new markets, innovations
and technologies, quality and health and on
services, product developments, legal requirements
as well as application tips for gelatine
and collagen hydrolysate.
Today, we are able to look back on 10 years
of GELITA uptodate - and it still provides a
lot of pleasure for us. We thank you for your
interest, suggestions and questions shown
and given over the years.
In this issue, we have another 12 pages of
reports, tips and trends for you. We look
