GELITA forces product innovation and marketing

New area of responsibility headed by Michael Hofmann


In order to intensify the development and marketing of new products and solutions as well as the generation of additional and new market potential, GELITA AG has established a new area of responsibility – “New Business Development and Marketing“ – effective from October 1. Michael Hoffmann will head up this area in the capacity of Vice President. He will be reporting directly to Dr. Axel Alber, responsible forMarketing, Sales and R+D on the Management Board of GELITA.

Michael Hoffmann brings with him extensive international management experience from service with Procter & Gamble,



Reemtsma and Pfeifer & Langen, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, innovation management and product development.

Michael Hofmann is 42, has a degree in business administration, is married and has a daughter.
